Nefastom

While Cryothys and Gigaroon and multiple other kaiju romp across the world like a big "boxing-ring-playground", mankind has been developing weapons to combat the huge beasts.  These weapons came in the form of armor-piercing missles, machine guns, bombs, lasers, and even a Mecha.  However, one genetics organization stepped things up a notch....

For years now, the organization has been trying to solve the mysteries of both the kaiju and the alien beings known as the Vilak'Zuuns, and in the process of doing that, got their hands on the DNA of both Cryothys and Epsilon (after a fight between the two monsters, blood and scales were scattered throughout the city they were brawling in). 

The DNA of the monsters have provided some insight into their past and biology, yet there were still some questions left unanswered.  A test was performed to see if using the DNA from the creatures could actually allow the creation of a kaiju, perhaps one that could be used to aid humanity.  Combining the DNA of Cryothys, Epsilon, a Chimpanzee, a Black Dragonfish, and a Parson's Chameleon; a new creature was born.  Nefastom.  And he was anything but a friend to humanity....

Nefastom was about human-sized at birth, but by the next day, he already grew to about 300 ft tall.  As he grew, he ate every living thing in his path.  He became an absolute amalgam of might.  He harbors no affection for his human creators, and will gladly crush them on sight.  Though he has the DNA of Cryothys and Epsilon, his mindset is more like Hydrak; wanting to prove himself the top kaiju and destroying those who get in his way.  However, Nefastom has proven to be among the most intelligent kajiu, comparable to Chimpanzees.  His intellect, as well as his strength will be excellent assets to him in conquering all he can.

Nefastom normally fights close quarters.  Though not an extreme powerhouse like Gigaroon or Hydrak, he is still in a high tier of strength.  His longer legs also allow him kick much more efficiently than the other two.  His two "thumb" claws are much longer and hooked than the claws on his other fingers, and work well for digging into flesh.  His jaws, while not as strong as Hydrak or Ichthylana, can work just fine.  Nefastom can fire twin green Radio-Beams from his eyes made of radioactive energy that has both electrical and flammable properties.  He has the ability to change color to best suit his environment and camouflage him, or express his anger.  Finally, he has an extendable, barbed tongue that can fire out of his mouth at extreme velocity and impale his opponents.  He has proven to be quite acrobatic, able to leap from the tops of buildings and onto kaiju with ease.
