Hydrak Returns!

COC's heavy-hitter is back!  A massive mutant Tigerfish that refuses to let any other kaiju stand while he's around.  While Hydrak himself has changed very little; he no longer has his previous "Shadow Breath", and instead fires a much simpler, yet incredibly strong jet of water from his mouth.  I figured that former ability to be too overpowered and similar to another monster's weapon...
